    I ordered flowers for it sister who had just finished her last round of radiation. The arrangement on the website shows 6 roses and hers only had 4. When I called, the lady (Andri ?) said she doesn't know what happened because when they left their shop, it had 6 roses. She wasn't implying my sister removed 2 of them, but could offer no other explanation or compensation other than giving me a credit of $8 ($4 per rose)! My sister loves the arrangement regardless, but this is very deceptive marketing. I purposely ordered from their website vs an online franchise and am just very disappointed. The first two is what she got compared to the last one which I paid for.

    I recently used this florist to send a birthday bouquet to a friend- and they did not disappoint. I called and told them make something bright and beautiful for my friends birthday. It was perfect. It was delivered on time and he absolutely loved them. I will definitely be using them again for other occasions! So glad I have found them.

    I ordered for my wife for international women's day and paid > $20 some dollars for quick delivery. The person at the counter said would be delivered before 10 am next day. I had to call multiple times, next day when I spoke to them they said hey we just got here and acted all surprised. Regardless it did not show up as planned and they never even brought up refunding the $20 extra I paid for delivery.

    BUYER BEWARE: If I could give zero stars I would. I called earlier this am and explicitly stated I needed a very special delivery by the end of the day today. When I noticed it hadn't been received at least 1.5 hours BEFORE closing time, I called again to double check that it was on the delivery truck and the person I spoke to assured me it would be delivered by end of day today. Low and behold I get a call close to 1 hour before closing time saying they had to wait until the morning but they would still charge me the $20 delivery fee. I said there was no way I would pay that much since the onus was on them. They tried to negotiate down to $10.95 but wouldn't budge since they made an error x 2. They canceled my order without asking me if that was ok and that is NOT ok. I am glad they won't have a dime from me in the end but what an awful way to do business. So incredibly disappointing. Response to owner's response: This is exactly where I purchased flowers. I would not post such a review on the incorrect owner's business. Please take responsibility for your actions or at the very least, apologize.

I apologize that you did not have an excellent experience with us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.When you placed your order in our shop at 12:45 on 3/7, you requested early delivery on 3/8. Our standard for early delivery is between 10 and 11:30 am. I apologize that this was not clearly communicated and you understood “about 10” to mean before 10 am. We appreciate the feedback and will communicate this delivery window more clearly in the future.You were charged the $12.95 standard delivery fee for your delivery zone as well as the $10 special trip/early delivery fee for delivery outside our normal route hours of 1-5 pm. The first and only call we received from you was at 9:12 am on the delivery date asking why your flowers hadn’t been delivered yet. Since we open at 9 am, and do not deliver that early in the day, your inquiry genuinely did take us by surprise. We needed a few seconds to pull up your order to reference so we could give you the correct delivery information - our early delivery window of between 10 and 11:30 am.We then contacted our delivery driver and got an update on when the delivery was going to be made. WE CALLED YOU to give you a closer time estimate of “between 10:15 and 10:30.” The owner of the shop personally delivered the flowers to the recipient at 10:24 am. So while we spoke on the phone twice on the delivery day, you only called us once. We did not bring up refunding your delivery fee, because we did, in fact, deliver it early.
