We had some pretty bad wood rot in our crawlspace. Jonathan, of Cornerstone, did a great job of following the engineer's requirements in fixing the problems. The extensive work was done on time and at less cost than quoted. I would recommend Cornerstone for any foundation work you might need.

Reached out to John to get a second opinion about possible structural issues. Diagnosed them, looked at previous work done, and answered all of my questions without charging me a dime. He found some potential work he could do on my house and when I asked him for a quote, he told me I should prioritize the other structural things first. Would recommend and use again (preferably paying him the next time)!!

Highly recommend! We were given a $45K estimate from another big name in foundation repair. Due to that companys strong arm sales tactics, I was uncomfortable with proceeding with them and wanted a second opinion. We called Jon out. He took his time to look at our front porch and foundation. He easily could have sold us on repairs after wed already been prepared we needed major work from the other guys. Instead, he was honest and told me what he saw wasnt a big deal. He made some simple recommendations for some caulk work we could do ourselves. We have some other foundation work that needs to be done and its a no- brainer that we will use Cornerstone. I was highly impressed with Jon and extremely appreciative of his honesty.

Fair pricing. Excellent work. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently. My home feels more solid now than when iI purchased it almost 31 years ago. I am so grateful. And the transferrable warranty definitely brings peace of mind. Every single team member was in sync with with each other and super-professional. The concrete masonry units are beautifully built and aligned. Just lovely. We walked the interior floors to check for level and bounce and crew followed through. The crew also completed the vapor barrier work with care and cleaned up impeccably after the job was completed. Thank you so so much! I highly recommend this company! Also, to make it easier for them I used the Stonewall Engineering for a structural engineering report. This information makes a job much easier and more accurate to quote. My home's foundation is now is now "better than new."

My family had an excellent experience with Cornerstone Foundation Repair. Before working with them, we received a structural engineering report that called for extensive repairs and sent it to Cornerstone and other foundation companies for a quote. Jonathan was responsive in putting together the quote and came out to our home to confirm details so that his figures would be accurate. He also talked us through opportunities to be more conservative with the work to still get the desired result and he offered to talk to our engineer to confirm the plans. Based on this and the reasonable price, we felt confident moving forward with Cornerstone. Jonathan continued to be very responsive to our questions when we were finalizing the quote, signing the contract, and starting the work. When his crew came to our home to start the excavation and repairs, they were considerate of our property and left the site very clean each day. The work is high quality and carries a lifetime warranty.
