        Delivery driver Eli wants to touch on store workers non consensually at work while we are in there, I will not be coming back to badcock with my family ever. Manager tries to reach out to a higher up to address it and they dont even answer.

        Aaliyah helped me so much. She has great customer service skills and shes very funny . The store was very nice and clean . I shall return for my next purchase.

        I got a set of recliners and after 4 months it got broken and I went to the store lady manager and she told me for a change a new one but I'm still waiting for it since November last year and now is February 16 And she told me in 4 weeks. I had gone many times but she ever told me the same " recliner is coming next week" I paid for insurance and everything. Sorry but don't recommend this store
