Horrible customer service! We had issue from the beginning with scheduling, delay with installation, and then the installation itself was terrible. The installers were told several times to ensure it was installed level and they said they checked and everything was level, turns out they did nothing to level it out where we asked, and only found out when we went to have our backsplash installed and had to completely change our plan to compensate for the countertop error. The sink they installed had a huge scratch in it (they did give a credit back for sink), but the installers showed me the scratch AFTER they already installed everything so I had no choice but to keep it . They also lifted our brand new oven up by the door and broke the oven. When I called to talk to a manager about the issues we had, they sent someone out who basically said they dont bring the right tools at installation to ensure they level countertops / he would have installed it the same way. Get your countertops someplace else and avoid the headache.

Just bought the cutest of the cute marble here! I even got to met the owner, Rachel. She was fantastic! Even her assistant, Ross, was pretty helpful! Loved my product, customer service, & loved knowing I was supporting a woman owner business who is also a local!

Geo's was great from beginning to end. We loved that they were open later on a Saturday. Elizabeth was. great work with. They gave us a schedule and stuck to it. Today our. install was wonderful! I am thrilled. Being a small business owner myself, I know that quality as well as customer service is key and they had both! Thank you

We had a vision of what we wanted our kitchen to look like. Ross was not only by far the best price, but excited to help us with our backlit countertop. He made our concerns his concerns, and though it took us some time, he was very patient and understanding. His showroom also carries the most beautiful slabs around, they love beautiful stone, don't buy in bulk, and can save his clients substantial money through his own showroom. Save yourself time and money and visit Geo's first.
