        Service was terrible. Asked to get a coke at bar for starters and was refused because did not get alcohol, when I explained I was about to sip on it before meeting a friend and order more drinks. Went to vending area and took almost 10 minutes. The rooms are great but bar service and front desk are the worst. Management needs re staffing or better training this happened on Dec 28th 23. Maybe they've corrected rude employees since then.

        This entire hotel was spotless clean and even smelled clean. Staff welcome me as a Hilton Diamond member multiple times during my stay. I had an issue with my door key not working and they were at my room to check it and make repairs in less than 5 minutes. The maintenance guy apologized several times for the inconvenience and replaced the batteries and all was good. This is my new go to for a place to stay in Raleigh.

        Great hotel in an excellent location! Very clean and great service. I would especially like to thank Mike Scatoloni the Sales Director for his professionalism and help with booking rooms. Close to everything in Raleigh and within walking distance of great shopping centers with the new Wegmans, Trader Joes, Torchy's Tacos, Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Raleigh!

        This place is clean and quiet. It is a bit overpriced, but I do not mind coming back to it. The parking lot is horrible and the spaces are undersized. The TVs do not have showtime streaming, unlike most Hampton Inn and Suites. The elevators are slow. The Wegmans next door is nice. The traffic is heavy in the area. The staff is 5 star. The rooms are nice. The pool is outside. There is a fire pit in the rear courtyard. It is gas. Rooms: Clean rooms. Safety: Seems fairly safe. Exits have card readers for night time. Food & drinks: Has a bar/grille in the lobby that I did not try. The Wegmans next door is nice but very expensive. The free breakfast looked good.

      Located just five miles from downtown and Raleigh Convention Center, we’re off I-440 surrounded by shops and restaurants. Concerts at the Ritz are within a half mile. The Red Hat Amphitheater is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Breakfast and WiFi are on us. Enjoy our bar, meeting rooms, and terrace, near our seasonal outdoor pool.
