        Beautiful lobby, well appointed suites with comfy beds and pillows, great front desk folks right across from the mall. Rooms: Clean rooms with couch, well lit desk area, microwave/coffee bar area, great bathroom with back-lit mirror and spacious bedroom.

        I had a disappointing experience at this hotel as they abruptly canceled my service without any prior notification or warning. The staff were unhelpful and failed to offer any meaningful resolution. As a result, I took my business elsewhere.

        Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, with the rooms being okay and all amenities functioning as expected. However, my experience was marred by a disappointing incident upon check-out involving the airport shuttle service.Upon inquiring at the front desk about the shuttle's departure time, I was informed that I could sit anywhere and they would notify me when the shuttle arrived. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 10 minutes past the scheduled departure time of 1:19, I returned to the front desk to seek clarification.To my dismay, I was then informed that the shuttle had already departed, despite no notification being given to me. This miscommunication or lack thereof was frustrating, especially as I had relied on the hotel's information. The next available shuttle wasn't scheduled for another hour, leaving me with no choice but to arrange for an Uber to the airport.This unexpected turn of events was quite inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to my departure experience. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve their communication regarding shuttle schedules and ensure that guests are informed promptly to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
