Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning

I have dealt with Yellow Dot twice now. Once during a very cold snap in the winter and one just a few days ago. Good communication with the office and the gentlemen that came were both professional and pleasant. I like that they wear boots into the house and a mask as we deal with Covid. Based on my experiences with Yellow dot thus far I would definitely recommend them.

David and Josh came today to replace bathroom faucets and entire kitchen faucets set. Bathroom faucets were replaced pretty quickly, but kitchen faucets were in BAD shape because of years of rust where water had leaked. Because of that, getting the old out for the new to be put in was a taxing task. But Josh and David persevered and ultimately were able to remove the old units. They did not harm anything on either the bathroom or kitchen sinks and cleaned up trash and old parts nicely. Both were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about their work. I was very pleased with their work, and with them as well. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will use them again if needs arise. I give them an A+.
