        I reached out to Melissa about a year ago to get comparison quotes on the existing coverage that I had. She is courteous, prompt, communicats via email and personal phone calls. She addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. She was able to save me a lot of money and I gained from her services. I have since switched my mother's polices over to Melissa as well. I highly recommend her.
