The CDG team helped us turn our house into a home - and that was no small feat on their part! They partnered with us over several months on a tight budget and with shifting requirements to effectively address our drainage and design issues. Inevitable bumps were handled collaboratively with a teamwork-makes-the-dream-work mentality. And the crew members, themselves, were stars - punctual, professional, hard-working, reliable, resourceful, patient, trustworthy, and congenial. Bryan and his crew built a patio with pergola, fire pit and lighting for us. Throughout the project Bryan was outstanding--he's very professional, respectful of our time and input, and keeps open communications while the project is going on. We ran into a couple of supply problems due to COVID, but Bryan was able to get them resolved. We've had about 4 months to enjoy our new patio, and are extremely happy with it.

Bryan and team started by addressing a severe and stressful water drainage issue and then built me a dream back patio. My small backyard was transformed from a mud pit to a beautiful entertainment worthy space, and not only does my crawl space no longer flood, its completely dry after large storms. Everyone on site was polite and professional throughout the process, and always happy to answer my questions or explain details. Their work is great quality, with attention to detail and creativity. I would recommend Constructive Design Group to friends/family, and I would hire them again.

After searching for months and having multiple contractors come out to our property for our new deck/patio project, there was just no vision and a lack of follow up. I stumbled across CDG just as I was about to give up. It was the best desicion we made. From our first meeting with Elena we knew we were in good hads. Bryan and Elena envisoined our space into something amazing, and beyond anything we could have ever dreamed up with a unique design that was as much functional as beautiful. We were kept in the loop through the entire process with morning meetings for my wife and I, with regular check ins on the project as it progressed throughout the day. A truly collaborative experience The team on the property was seamless with the crew on the ground daily. Jamie, Jeff, Gabe, Ubaldo, Sergio and others were incredibly respectful and kind with exectuing our rather large project. Having not so great experiences with contractors in the past my wife even mentioned how amazing they were and never felt uncomfortbale around the crew. We looked forward to seeing them every day, and even our dog would wait by the door to get her morning belly rub from Bryan. I admittedly am a very particular customer and its not often that a company meets or exceeds my expectations. Bryan and the whole CDG knocked it out of the park with high quality meticulous craftsmanship and customer relations. The worst part of the project was when it was finally completed and we didnt get to see them every morning. They became a part of our family for a few months. We even had a big BBQ lunch for them on their last full day. They are not the lowest cost option, but defintely the best and we can say with 100% confidence we made the right choice and would do so again in a hearbeat. Brian and Constructive Design Group are A+, top notch from top to bottom. Brian and his design team are very easy to work with, working with and recommending designs based on the customers likes, budget and style . Once a design has been agreed upon, CDG works on your behalf to ensure all permits, zoning , easements and more are adhered to. The CDG goes far and above on the quality of their work. They are not only on-time, but early, work hard to complete the project in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality possible. Brian ensure the job is done right and works with the customer to fix any issues that pop up after the fact! I am extremely pleased with my pergola , paver patio, fire pit and new landscaping. I would use Bryan and the CDG for any outdoor project and certainly recommend them to anyone looking .
