        **BE AWARE OF THE WARRANTY TERMS** **1-year full warranty, 15-year limited warranty** 100% full coverage in the first year only!! After that, any service or parts needed is "prorated". I purchased the bed 2 years ago and just recently start noticing a "squeaky" noise (probably on the base). If I want to have the bed checked, I need to hire a third party vendor myself and pay for their services out of pocket. The warranty does not include technician check services. It's a pretty expensive bed for only a 1-year full warranty.

        Several years ago I bought a sleep number bed and upholstered headboard and frame. At that time I was told there was a chip shortage and the remotes for not being manufactured but that I would receive one when they were available. Now Im told that my $11,000 purchase did not include a $49 remote control.!!!!!!

      Your opinions will be forwarded along for visibility, Gisele. Sorry this wasn't the experience you hoped for. During the first period, warranty replacements and technician visits are covered at 100% and after that it transitions to a prorated period. In this period, we’ll share in the cost with coverage and it prorates every year after. Our customers are also responsible for any fees associated with a technician being needed.You also acknowledged that you fully read and understood the terms and conditions of sale when you signed the receipt at the time of purchase. The terms, which include the warranty policy, are clearly listed on the receipt you were given and online at the link we provided below.sleepnumber.com/pages/legal-warranty

      Hi, Kimberly. Most of our customers have smartphones and use our app to control their beds. For the customers who don't need remotes because of that, it helps them save money by not having to pay for a remote. Because of this reason, our beds don't come with a remote. However, for those customers who would like a remote, they are available for a fee. For more info, please give us a call at 1-888-411-2270 from 8AM-8PM CST M-F.
