Ive been taking my Mazdas to Mazda dealerships for over 6 years and this was the worst experience. The customer service was subpar, an issue of a broken gas gauge didnt get fixed, and it was more expensive. They screwed up my appointments because I was taking 2 Mazdas in to be serviced. There was no taking responsibility for that and after it all I would have expected some sort of discount. Nothing! I took the cars there because we had just purchased one at the Southern States dealer. They had one car for almost 24 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and a broken gas gauge they claim to not notice. The other car didnt get serviced. They gave me an overpriced emissions test, too. Such a horrible experience!

My husband and I had coffee downtown walked around, then the car bottom panels fell off and dragged on the ground. I asked my boss to call the dealer to see if he could fix it today, and we got in! They said we could drive over there and fix it right away. The service store is not only nice and dog-friendly. Free service, professional advice was provided to my case. David and all mechanics are super great!

I recently purchased a new CX5 from Southern States Mazda and had a fantastic experience! Lewis our salesperson helped us to identify the best option based on our needs and provided a very competitive price. There were no price markups over MSRP, no addendums with add-ons for accessories you dont need or want, no overly pushy sales process, and no run around on the best price that they could do. Would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a Mazda to give Lewis a call!
