This is my husband and I's second time working with Taylor. She helped us buy our first home in 2020. This go around, Taylor (and Kait!) helped us prep our house to sell and got us under contract in just a few days! From there, Taylor was so helpful taking us to see so many homes, some more than once, to find ultimately the right home for us. She helped us negotiate several multiple offer situations, kept us positive when things didn't work in our favor, and got us to the closing table on our beautiful house in a great neighborhood. So thankful for everything Taylor and Kait did and continue to help us with!

Taylor is an amazing realtor to work with. As an appraiser, i can testify to her dedication and commitment she places on all her clients. She demands accuracy ( by hiring an appraiser to do all her measurements) to ensure her clients are guaranteed accurate listings. She is one of the top realtors to work with in the area!!

Taylor is an incredible realtor and was amazing to work with, she keeps in constant contact so we knew everything that was going on as soon as it happened during the home buying process. There was never a time where she wasnt able to answer any questions we had no matter the time of day. She made sure that we got the best possible deal on our home in Wendell, we cant thank her enough for how easy she made the whole process!
