Garcia Moto completed the first service on my new S1KR and they added several options that I didn't get from the factory. Parts and Service team are amazing. Upgrading my bike's firmware and adding a quick shifter is not as straightforward as you might think but these guys did the research, ordered all the right parts, and got me scheduled within a week. Most importantly to me, the customer service is top notch and they explained everything along the way and gave me realistic time frames and expectations. Very happy with Garcia.

Great experience, and thank you to Steve (sales) and Jason (doc prep and closing) for the help. Took me four trips in to make a decision, and the folks here were engaging, welcoming, and helpful at every visit. Excellent experience, and I will backtheyve converted me to motorrad.
