Matias painting worked on my house in August and unfortunately the experience was less than ideal. I originally spoke to them about several rooms in my house, but ultimately decided on work only in my primary bedroom, which included shutters and doors, essentially trim work. I emailed with the company to be clear on the work to be done and pricing. The day the work was to start, they showed up with the expectation to do everything in the original quote which happened to be a miscommunication between the person I was emailing with and the person scheduling. Once we clarified the work to be done they began with removing shutters to be painted in my garage. As priming began I checked in on them and noticed not all of the shutters had the hinge left on them. I went back to the room and they did not bring all the hinges to be primed down with them, some were still screwed into the frame. Once that was corrected, priming was finishing and they went out for paint. As they were outside prepping the paint machine, I looked at the can and noticed it was a latex paint, not urethane paint as agreed on previously. I had them call their boss to discuss and he confirmed the wrong paint was purchased, they would correct the issue. Painting was then completed and everything was reinstalled. After completion, I noticed some paint dripped on my rug as they finished the door frames and there were drip marks on the shutters that were catching as they closed. I contacted Matias about how only after a few days the shutters started to chip and they said they would come back out to fix. After 10 days of reaching out to try and schedule without a response, they finally replied back there was a family emergency that delayed response. I understood, and after this I replied back and asked "What days next week would work for someone to stop by and evaluate the fix?" I never received a response and I gave up. It was about a month of chasing them at that time. Unfortunately there were some hiccups in the process and the shutter still do not look perfect, I will not be using them in the future. I had a deck cleaned and restained. It looks like a new deck, just beautiful. They also painted the inside of a laundry room closet and touched up the outside paint which involved matching the color. You cannot tell where the old paint stops and touch up begins, a perfect match. Finally, my outside teak table was in TERRIBLE shape from having been outside with no protection from weather for years. Their restoration is better than it was to begin with, and should last that way for several years!!! Thanks Matias Painting!!! We hired Matias Painting to stain and seal our fence and pressure wash our house. The price was reasonable and Adrian provided a cost breakdown with his quote. He also maintained contact with us throughout the process rescheduling as needed due to the weather. He did a really great job on the house, we are surrounded by pine trees and the pollen gets pretty bad in the spring. He also pressure washed the fence to prep for the staining/sealing. The fence looks amazing. They applied 2 coats of stain/sealant and the coverage is really good. They took care not to spray paint on the house or chain link fence and after they were done painting they went around and cleaned all of the post caps, brackets, hinges and touched up any missed spots. All in all this was a great experience and we'll definitely be using them again in the future. Services: Exterior painting, Power/pressure washing, Wood staining

Matias Painting is the absolute best! They have painted the outside of our home, painted the inside, fixed the ceiling where we moved lighting, and painted the outside of our business. They do quality work and are reasonably priced.
