MRN Contracting NC

We had a great experience with Richard Grenier and MRN Contracting. He helped us replace our roof after hail damage, did all the work with our insurance company, and did it at zero cost to us out of pocket. The work was fast and professional. We couldnt be happier with their service and our results.

We had a few bad storms and per the usual the roof chasers came in droves. Taylor with MRN stopped by; however, instead of throwing his pitch right out he was very personable, helpful, upfront, and honest. We both took the time and chatted. Afterwards I figured it was worth going with MRN for the repairs as long as insurance would agree on the claim. Taylor sat down and was there for the insurance phone call, the appointment for the insurance to do their inspection, and always available when I had a question. He was very responsive and always professional. The insurance company (Nationwide) was fast to get everything processed and MRN was quick to get all the materials delivered and the roof replaced. The roof was done on day one (when scheduled); Taylor was on site and the crew was very polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Day two Taylor returned to inspect and ensure everything was clean and completed. I would highly recommend using MRN and having dealt with Taylor would request him specifically. For being newly married and having no earthly idea what I was doing, I decided to call MRN contracting after a hail storm in Nash County. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the whole process. I worked with a gentleman named Preston as my contractor. Not only did he work with me every step of the way, but If I had any questions or concerns I was able to be up front an honest with him. He didnt just answer me to make me happy, Preston educated me making sure I understood How and Why something was happening. I believe that is one of our economys biggest flaws is we are not educated properly whether its on Roofs, Gutters, Covid Shots, or even Tax Planning. MRN recently reroofed my house in Glenlake South. It was a massive job that included replacing the copper turret in front of the house. They did an excellent job. Cole Eckles, roof specialist, handled all of the details for me. The roofing team that removed the old roof and installed the new roof accomplished this job in two days. They left the area clean and removed all of the debris. The metal team did likewise. All of the employees were extremely polite and professional. If you need work done on your roof, by all means give Cole a call. You won't be sorry!

Jermel with MRN was great and we appreciated his advice and expertise. He helped us through the whole process from start to finish with insurance. Our new roof looks amazing and is ready for NC hurricanes.
