I called their office, Their sales guy came to my house, checked out roof damage, said he would get an estimate...didn't get it to me... I asked a week later for the estimate, he said again he would get it to me, then I never heard from him again. So I got another company to do the work.

Excellent job done by Andrew and Alex. Andrew was very good arranging everything for replacement. Alex did take care of replacement very well by notifying the details before and afterwards.

RRE is amazing. Andrew and Alex who work for the company are thorough professionals and outstanding at what they do. I will recommend them any day. The best part is they took time to educate me during the process which is so important since we do not replace roofs regularly. I received immediate response to my text messages, addressed my concerns the very same day, and followed up regularly. They worked around my schedule without any issues. My HOA approval took a lot of time. But throughout the process they were professional and accommodating. The work done by RRE is exceptional. I will go back to them for future roof work in a heartbeat.
