We could not be happier with the service and the quality of their product. They made the whole process effortless for us, from contacting the insurance company to covering the myriads of stuff in our attic to prevent them from being covered by the debris, then coming after the installation to clean up the debris, even vacuuming the floor of the attic. They were on time for the initial appointment and the days they were there to install. there was not one negative experience, and we would highly recommend this company,

The entire Raleigh Roof Rescue team did a fantastic job! From the very beginning, they (the owner and project managers together as a team) explained the process to us and left no questions unanswered. I truly felt like they cared about what we needed and wanted. Our roof was installed in two days and they cleaned up after the first night, as well as at the very end. There was no sign of us even having a roof installed - it was impeccable! Thank you all for such a smooth and seamless process. Raleigh Roof Rescue, you are getting 1 zero because after you gave us an estimate on our roof work, which we agreed to, you guys ghosted us. We texted/called you several times to schedule a time to do the work and the first time it was "some of our staff came down with covid we will get back to you next week". the second time was "the rainy weather has caused a work backlog, we will get back to you". But then you never did. So we gave up on you and found another company to do the work.

Very thorough inspection, detailed estimate and explanation of repairs recommended, expert advise on product and color choices, excellent installation in timely fashion. Loved the entire process and interaction!!! Very responsive to questions.
