The owner, Mark, has been fantastic to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns before the work began. The job was done timely. I had a problem with a small number of shingles a few months later and he quickly responded to get those replaced. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark and his team were extremely professional. The materials arrived the day before, and the crew arrived early the next morning (just like they said). They put down a tarp all around the house before they started work (not all roofers do this). The workers were courteous, hard working and efficient. They replaced all of our vents with brand new ones, and even warned us about our dryer vent being full of lint (which is a fire hazard). They used a magnetic roller to pick up any nails left behind in our yard/driveway. Our new roof was done and everything was cleaned up by the end of day 2. My wife and I couldnt have been more satisfied by the job well done! Thank you Mark & the rest of the team at 1st Defense Roofing!! We will highly recommend you guys to anyone who will listen.

I had the privilege of working with 1st Defense Roofing, and my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. It all began when I reached out to them in January after a severe storm had torn off our attic vent cap. Mark, the owner, immediately stood out with his honesty and professionalism. He advised us to first check our existing roof warranty, even though this meant risking that we might not choose their services. When it became evident that the previous roofing company wouldn't cover the vent cap repair, Mark went above and beyond by visiting our home personally. During this visit, we also informed him about a dining room ceiling leak. Mark suspected that it was linked to the metal roof over our bay window and provided us with a comprehensive quote for the required repairs.
