She was detailed and completed my returns in under the amount of time promised. The process was seamless. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt.

        We made an appointment at 8:30 AM. We arrived at 8:15 and there were other people waiting who had a 7:30 appointment. Waited til 8:45no one showed up. Decided to go have breakfast, came back and people were still waiting. Shopped for groceries and went back to kiosk. No one ever came. The other people decided to give up and we went on also. What unprofessional service! Never will I make an appointment with Jackson Hewitt again.
