        Beware of the auto renew tactics! This company models its business after infamous Fabletics and Shoedazzle subscription model. I placed one order and selected not to opt in for the auto renew and some how they still signed me up . Im not at all pleased with these subscription scams.

        I placed my order on April 23rd with that being a Sunday I fully expected my order not to be processed and shipped until Monday or Tuesday. When I went and looked at the status of my order on Wednesday it still said processing. So I sent them a message and no one responded. On Friday when it still said "processing" I called and the man I spoke with was very friendly he told me my order was pending because something was flagged on my order and that he fixed it and he would try to get my order processed quickly. My order still says processing today. I just feel if there was something flagged on my order preventing it from being processed the company should have contacted me especially since the company already charged me for the purchase.

        I ordered on the 25th and it stated two to five day shipping. Today is day 5 and it still is processing. Manage expectations better.

        I started using Wellspring about 6 weeks ago.I have suffered from leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night for years and none of my doctors could help me.Within 3 weeks my cramps have disappeared completely! I am so happy and I owe it all to Wellspring!
