Literally never come to dump trash on time. They dont even put the trash cans back where they belong. Our community is scheduled to be repaved and everyone had their trash cans off the street and these men have left the trash cans in the street. They even put my trash can at the wrong house because they are pulling them all to the truck dumping them and putting them wherever. Trash company overall, no pun intended.

The customer service provided locally for people in Wake County is unbelievably frustrating. I feel as if this company is the Borg and everyone you speak with has been assimilated into some big machine that cant even see the individual person that wishes to have their trash and recycling collected, and in efficient manner.

You would be better off driving to the dump every time you need to take out the trash than to use this company. Never show up on the day they are scheduled to, customer service is not pleasant or helpful, and they slip in extra fees

GFL is awful. They are simply incapable of collecting the trash in our neighborhood when theyre supposed to. Previous review: I would give zero stars if I could. Residential trash and recycling pickup is spotty and customer service is non existent. They dont return calls and dont come back when they miss a pick up. Some of my neighbors dont bother with them and just take their trash to the dump.

Its has been two after I paid $129 still no trash can port customer service save your money go somewhere else
