If you want someone who promptly replies, works with you to set up a time, sends an email invoice, and seems eager for the work.... then after committing to the job ghosts you entirely and never contacts you or shows up exactly when you were counting on them...this is your guy!!I put out a yelp request for quote to help unload a uHaul for us in Cary NC this past Sunday. 2 movers weren't available; 1 never replied; 2 reached out and provided me quotes. Daniel answered promptly, followed up via text, gave me a great price, confirmed details, and sent me an invoice. We agreed to 8 am Sunday morning, for 2 movers for 2 hours, with additional cost per hour if things went beyond 2 hours. Due to his great responsiveness, great price, and seeming eagerness for the work, I booked Royal Junk instead of another mover. Things seemed great....Until sunday morning rolled around. 8:10 am I text "hey, you guys still coming, I'm in the lobby waiting for you". 8:20 - text again. 8:25 phone call, unanswered and no voicemail set up. 8:30 emailed. 8:45 text. NOTHING. no answer, no response, nothing. Never ever heard back again. I would have been fine though disappointed wtih a "hey, sorry, something came up, I can't get my crew, whatever" but to just be left hanging - 3 girls needing to unload 1 uHaul truck contents up 4 flights of stairs with no response at all - why even bother giving a quote???  The only good thing I can say is I did not pay any money, so if this was the beginning of scam, it is the dumbest scam in history.

Daniel Reyes confirmed and sent an invoice for a moving job - then proceeded to never show up, never respond to any message or phone call, has no voicemail and completely dropped off the face of the earth. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and rude. So, if you would like a company that makes promises and never fulfills, shows up or even bothers to respond after confirming a job, Royal Junk Haulers are your guys

Promised to pick up yard debris. On the day we setup for pick up I transferred the money for the price we agreed on. They never showed. Still havent shown up. I requested a refund. Mr. Reyes agreed to a refund and has mot refunded the money. Service: Yard debris removal
