I am a brand new customer. I am very excited about getting trash pick up, this will be the first time I have ever had curb side pick up, a birthday gift I gave myself. (Anyone that has been on the struggling end before covid, and been barely hanging on by a thread.....you know what im talking about) yes my birthday gift to myself is trash pick up, and extra money has been an endangered species in my life you know I went through each and every service in my area and I chose this service not only because the price was very doable for my budget but they have the best recycling options for me personally. A lot of the other services didn't pick up hardly any of the day to day household items I found I need to throw away weekly. Example 7 out of 9 placed I checked into didn't pick up metal like cans and any paper other than news paper and no glass.....???? Idk about anybody else but those things make up the bulk of my trash in a week. Also I liked the fact that when I read the rules and regulations they provided as hen signing up online it wasn't hidden or hard to understand. Most places I checked out didn't have a list of things you couldn't throw out they would provide one to me AFTER I signed up and paid for servic, and spoiler alert, they also not only refuse to pick up your trash if you have those items in it , the fines they were going to charge me if I made a mistake and had anything on the list of no no's was almost as much as 2 months of service. I have to add that I'm that person that doesn't normally read the fine print and makes these mistakes often .. ..working on it. But since this was the first thing I ever got myself for anything believe that i read every single thing on everyone of thr services Google found for me in my area. Took my time cross referenced between all the prices what the service included what it didn't and what they did not pick up and what the penalty for any mistakes I'm sure I'm going to make and this company was by far the most reasonable and fair to what my needs were. I paid and set up my service online and amber sent me my confirmation email and a list of what they took and didn't and when my pick up day was by the next day so I could check over it if i was unsure about something which i most likely will be... .thanks Amber. So far my experience has been very pleasant my first pick up is on Friday and I'm very excited to get my waist bins.....No more backyard burning at night ....no more shame and embarrassment. They're very friendly but a lil expensive

Quick, in and out, but a little pricey. Its a convenience stop for garbage disposal...save's driving across town. $50 minimum
