        Austin W. was very patient and did his best to find my low water pressure issues. He did get to bottom of the issue and did his best to have my water pressures back. It was a very difficult proble but he did figure out the cause.. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Im very impressed with the Kinetico company too. They did their best to get me a temporary unit while my unit is in repair. All staff coordinated to get me the best service. Thank you all., Phoebe
