Farm Bureau Insurance

We had a policy for more than 20 years. Never filed a claim and always paid premiums on time. Last couple of years the rates almost doubled without a valid explanation. So bad that the latest renewal included a state-mandated declaration that they were charging me more than what is allowed by NC law! The agent told me that it was their policy to penalize me for just having one policy with them. I had tolerated her condescending and self-important attitude for years as I rarely dealt with her, she rarely returned my calls anyway. Treating customers as if they are ignorant is her modus operandi and is insulting. Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them! Know what you are paying for by reading your policy and renewals! There are better local options to obtain insurance with ethical agents who treat customers with respect.

Best insurance experience I have EVER had and I have had MANY different company coverages! I used to be with an insurance company that is supposed to be "unbeatable" by some of the national companies....however when Jeff Law was able to get me a monthly rate at a 1/4 of the monthly rate I had....I immediately when with the best rate.... NC Farm Bureau of Reidsville!!! Go in and speak with Jeff or Theresa and get yourself the best insurance AND life insurance at the lowest premiums! They are very courteous and knowledgeable....plus a bonus.... are very down to earth hometown individuals so you are treated with respect and treated like you're a member of their family and not just the Farm Bureau family! The girls that are the "front line", are able to answer your questions without issue and right away! If I could give this Insurance Company more than 5 stars, I would!
