Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My vehicle is currently still in the shop as it did have some problems, but I have had nothing but the best customer service anytime I call they are on it.

Very unprofessional!!! They will tell you one thing then do another! There were changes to my vehicle after I purchased it! Asked about the second key was told they had to locate it because they were in the process of moving offices. After 3 weeks I was told they had to order me one so then I was required to make an appointment to get the new key programmed had to drive another 2 round trip to get that done and the key is not the right cut it was programmed to my Jeep it starts but the key will not manually unlock my door! I was then told by them that their laser machine was down and that is a factory cut, but there is no way to get them to match so I believe Im going to have to get a key cut and put in the fob! I feel I was lied to right to my face because they were trying to hide their mistakes! Over all the experience I had with this place was terrible! I would just be careful if you decide to walk on to their lot!

Had an oil change and tires rotated in about an hour. Very nice people in service department and sales. It is currently under new ownership and they are doing a fantastic job!
