CommWell Health Ocean Isle Beach

I have been going to Commwell Dental for the past few months & it has been a 10/10 experience so far! I came in for a dental emergency, Dr. Yonder and his team were able to assist me & get me on a treatment plan for any other issues. I also called to schedule a last minute appointment which they were able to schedule me for the next day. The staff here is awesome & have been kind to me each visit. Thank you guys!!

I love coming here! Yes, I had a snafu with an appointment, as well, through a trainee, but was rescheduled, with excellent results! Have been a patient here for years, and am always happy to come back.

Total incompetence. Front desk is incapable of adding your phone number when making an appointment. I waited from February to May for an appointment and when I arrived for my 9:00 appointment I was told that they did not have my number to call me to let me know that the hygienist had quit and they did not know if or when they would get a replacement.!!!! I went to this office because they are the only dentist in the area who accepts Liberty Dental Insurance through BCBS insurance. Will return to my regular dentist and pay for the cleaning out of pocket. Dont usually leave reviews but after dealing with 3 different front desk employees (2 are no longer there) and none of them could write down a phone number, I left and will never return. Do your research before going to the OIB dental office.
