        Dr Hall takes care of my 94 year old parents and I highly recommend him However, I just held on for 1 hour attempting to talk to his scheduling to make an urgent heart Dr appointment for my mother and no one ever answered. I ended up tracking down heart Dr whose staff answered in 2 rings. This part of practice needs vast improvement.

        I would stay away. This doctor doesn't care about his patients. He denied filling my prescriptions and left me with no pills because he wanted me to come in for an appointment. I never got a call or a letter. It's no problem to make an appointment but this sure is a harsh way to let me know. Instead of giving me a partial prescription I'm left with nothing. I'm lucky it wasn't for insulin or I would be dead.

        I was on vacation and got sick with sinusitis checked in this novant in Shallotte as urgent care.. Dr. Hall was excellent and nurse assisting was very professional and great! I definitely felt I was taken very good care of! Great visit!
