I placed an order, and pre-paid a premium price ($125.00 + $8.44 sales tax + a delivery fee of $12.50) for a " 50th Birthday" arrangement of one and a half dozen "premium" long-stem yellow roses 11 days before a September 06, 2023, scheduled local delivery within two miles of this florist's location. I was both disappointed and embarrassed when the arrangement was delivered as the roses were neither fresh nor of premium size or quality as agreed to in an earlier face-to-face, in- store consult with Mandee Williams the floral designer and business owner. The rose petals looked crinkled and dehydrated, and the roses rapidly loosened and began opening within two hours of delivery. I called the florist and expressed my disappointment to Mandee Williams, commenting that the roses looked like they had been picked up from a grocery store floral bin, had been rearranged by the florist, and delivered to the recipient as purported premium roses; Mandee Williams took offense to my comment. This was my first and last time using this florist and would not recommend it to anyone for their fresh floral arrangement needs.

We found this great Flower Shop in Ocean Isle Beach. Mandee and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and we could not be happier with our wreath, center piece and two vase arrangements! Best service, quality and oh so friendly!
