        It's the 1st time I am disappointed with Lowe's staff. I checked out at the contractor end. The lady running the register was on the phone and didn't acknowledge I was standing there waiting. She finally said she had to go. She started ringing my stuff up and stopped to let another employee know where something was located, in detail, before paying attention to me again. She continued to talk with the employee until I scanned my card and left without a receipt. The way she acted is completely unacceptable. There is not much I can do about it except for this post.
