    Dont use the vending machines. 4 for 4 expired soda that was flat . $2.50 a pop. All different flavors, and they couldnt help with it. Vending machines run by another company

    Pretty upset with this Best Western. My daughter is out of town with her service dog and called and talked to Michelle at the front desk. Is she explained to her but she had a registered service dog and Michelle at the front desk insisted on knowing what type of dog. Then told my daughter that it sounded like it was an emotional support dog and she was not allowed to bring it. Her dog is a registered diabetic alert dog. I really hope that someone councils Michelle on how to handle clients bringing service animals. How about asking her to bring her card at check in??? !! By law age can not be refused! And she was.
