Thank goodness for George. Each time we receive a delivery from him, he is personable and has a wonderful Energy about him. George clearly enjoys his job, which is hard to find now a days. I appreciate him, as well as the ladies in the office.

Horrible company. Stay far away. Especially if you're considering working here. You will be miserable and you won't get paid your last check even after giving a two week notice.

I was just on the phone with Corporate office for almost 2 hours, they sent my elderly mother a bill from over a year ago that they "forgot to bill" and I was trying to assist her in getting this taken care of, no one answered in 2 hours, options on the call are limited so you can never get a live person no matter which option you choose. They will send unpaid bills to your credit report which seems unfair. Had my parents MD not ordered through this agency I would not have used, and will not use again.

Jordan, the guy that delivers oxygen, is awesome! He has been so nice and each time I've had questions, he has answered where I understood or if he didn't know, he would find out and let me know later--great great customer service!! There is another person that isn't as friendly, but Amanda, the manager at this location, she is awesome as well! Always so helpful and does what she says she will do!!
