Flagged as SPAM. .... This person or Spam-Bot posted the exact same false review on multiple plumbing business sites. We will never apologize to anyone that we have never met or performed worked for, period. This is called Internet Trolling. Trolls are usually eventually banned from posting on sites and forums. I hope this Troll or Spam-Bot is removed ASAP. We have reported them to Google.Our company receives dozens of phone calls per week from all over the US, trying to sell us new products, insurance, Robo Calls, and Customer Calls. There is no way to call each and every customer or company back, nor would we want to even try. If we are out of town working, sick, or on a vacation, we will turn our phone off and close the business for a few days in order to get some rest and relaxation. This is our company policy.
