        Ordered from the drive thru, had to wait in a line that was backed up, didn't get my food at the window when I paid, was asked to pull up and someone would bring my order. When order was brought to my car, the person did not have my drink, had to go back to get it, then brought it to me with no straw, when I opened the box my oder was not right. At this point I was done. Not a fan of Bojangles right now.
