My cat bit my MacBook Air laptop screen and it went black and wouldnt turn back on. I brought it in the next day to be worked on. Cost $360 and a little over a week but it was worth it. The wait is not long at all compared to other places and the cost is less than I would have spent on a new laptop. The lady at the counter was super kind. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. They will tell you itll be ready for x-amount of days just to keep adding days on top. If you want faster service this isnt the place.

ON 1-8-24 I DROPPED OFF MY GRANDSON'S LAPTOP OFF WITH THE HINGES BROKE BUT STILL WORKING. I PAID THEM $30 TO DIAGNOSE AND TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE COST OF REPAIR. CALLED THEM ON 1-11-24 TO CHECK ON THE STATUS. THEY SAID THAT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF I WAS 7th IN LINE AND NOW I WAS 4th AND IT SHOULDN'T BE MUCH LONGER. CALLED THEM BACK ON 1-22-24 AND THEY SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO GET PARTS AND WOULD CALL ME BACK WHEN THEY FOUND THEM.SO ON 1-30-24 THEY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED AND NEEDED REPLACED AND THE BACK NEEDED REPLACED AT A COST OF $299 PLUS TAX. THE SCREEN WASN'T CRACKED WHEN I TOOK IT THERE SO WENT TO PICK IT UP AND HE SAID IT WAS APART THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. SO CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. I HAD HIM TO TURN IT ON AND IT DIDN'T CONE ON. SO I ASKED HIM TO HOOK IT UP TO HIS DESKTOP AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. SO NOW MY GRANDSON IS WITHOUT HIS LAPTOP. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
