03/24/24 . Came here for an overnight stay to go the casino the room are very nice bed is super comfortable love love the shower .So it's the next morning 03/25/25 & it's time for Breakfast I go make me a waffle etc so as I esting a lady sit right at the table and blow het nose I think that's so disgusting so I get up and just throw my food away& go back to room .Then i remember i wanted cranberry juice so as i approached the breakfast area a man is standing right by the drink ststiom blowing his nose that is so nasty .Can y'all please tell people to remove there selves from the eating area while they are blowing there nose .I love the room and front desk staff

Quick overnight stay in Shelby for the casino trip the following day.. this hotel is under renovation so its not five star , but i had no complaints.... The beds were clean and comfortable. The air and heat worked . The TV and Fridge worked . The bathroom looked like it had just been renovated. Also clean and no issues with the shower or toilet . Water was hot . The hotel Staff was welcoming and polite . Even gave some restaurant recommendations. My only interaction was with the desk staff. "Heather " did a good job with housekeeping.

This was a cheap hotel in the area - probably because it is currently under renovation - which is unsightly. The rooms are your standard small with no frills and breakfast was a little disappointing because the quality of each item is below average.

The bed was pretty comfortable. The biggest issue was safety. Someone kept propping the back door open at night, and this hotel does not have security cameras. The phone in the room did not work, and that got me worried about the fire alarm because I didn't see the tiny glowing light. There was a sprinker system in the room, though. It is located right next to the mall.

So bad we didnt even stay! I would steer so far away from this place. 1st it is under construction. 2 it is right next to the mall and has a lot of foot traffic around it. I wasnt sure my car would be safe in the parking lot from people or a stray nail. We checked in and walked down the hall which had the very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The neighbor was thumping music like he was at a concert. The room looked run down and that is when we left. Dont even bother looking at this place to stay!! Still waiting for my money to be refunded but I will take the money loss over bed bugs or an unrestful nights sleep. Rooms: Dirty and run down. Nearby activities: The mall. Safety: Not very safe.
