My first impression pulling up to the lot was hopeful, they had very beautiful homes. However walking into the office around 9am and the environment was less than welcoming. Was told they were too busy at the moment to talk to us, so they handed us a set of keys to look at the homes ourselves. After looking at the homes, we walked back into the office to talk to them only to be told they were still busy and that we could scan a code to complete the application and go ahead and leave. After driving over an hour to get to this location we left ultimately disappointed. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend going here.

We purchased our home here. Will update when all is finished with warrant work and probably with custom order are fixed. . "UPDATE" Now about a year later and problems not fixed. Called and we are just told they are working on it. Year warranty coming up and the problems was reported day the home delivered to Claytons lot before home was delivered. Ordered same as show model countertops, just all the same color. We got wrong style counertops. New countertops was shiped was same as what we have. Double door out of square, screen door has 1"gap for many bugs to enter home. HVAC ventilation was addressed by add vent in door, but not the distributing air properly. They did fix a roof leak and cut many hole for things to be remove from under vinyl floor covering not repaired to our liking as cuts look bad. Please feel free to call us to get thinks fixed with our home. We call and get no where. Update Double door screen delivered but door frame out of square it doesn't stop bugs. Replaced marriage wall strip, but floor under it uneven not fixed. Clayton said countertops and backsplash is out of there hands. That's up to factory now. Is on there scheduled to fix. 10/9/2018 Have schedule for work to get done. Have called and left messages for GM to return call. Our number is in our file. Countertops replaced, backsplash fixed and pocket door fixed by Factory contractor Mar 28, 2022 no call or repairs to update.
