I have had such a bad experience with this place. My daughter was supposed to have an appointment last week and they cancelled it because I didnt confirm my appointment. First of all, my phone was off, and I never got the call. I have never heard of a place canceling your appointment unless they hear from you directly that its cancelled!! anyways, I asked the lady today if I could make another appointment and she tells me I have to fill out a missed appointment form before my child can be seen? WHEN THEY CANCELLED HER APPOINTMENT. anyways, I told the lady to send me the forms, gave her my NEW NUMBER, & still NO FORMS. so now she still doesnt have an appointment when she shouldve been seen last week. I am so annoyed. It shouldnt be this hard.

This place is the worst ran practice around. They called to confirm on Friday for his appointment Monday and I took a whole day off to be here with him and they said they didnt get the confirmation. I have proof of screenshots and they still said he would have to reschedule. Also when he had a tooth infection they gave him a written RX for an antibiotic that was signed by the Assistant the dentist who name it was under dont even work in this location and then there was no DEA number or any information about the doctor in the system. I called several times and no return call was received for 2 weeks so my son had to get an rx for that infection from his primary care. They front desk staff always has a rude face and attitude.

My son absolutely loves coming to this place all the workers are very nice and treats your child with gentle care. I rate this place, a 10 out of 10
