I was stranded due to a flat tire. I tried getting flat tire service through my insurance but the lugnuts that Ford put on the car were no good and would not come off. I ended up having to spend the night. I called around to auto shops the next morning and I spoke to Doug at Evans Tire. Despite the busy schedule Doug reassured me that he would be able to look and fix my car issue. while I was waiting on the tow to come take my car to Evans Tire, Doug called me back to see if I was still coming. That was something no one else did knowing my situation. I truly appreciate Doug for checking in it made me feel so much better. Once I arrived at Evans Tire, I experienced stellar service and the work the did was Top Notch! Thank you guys for all you do for your community and for an outsider like me. Very thankful.
