I called G&B and let them know I was low in gas for my greenhouse they said 3 to 5 days . Well here I am less than 10 percent. I will be out by morning. I guess they are not worried about killing my plants . This company is not responsible or reliable.

This company takes care of its customers! Our family has the utmost appreciation for helping us out when we needed their help with our heating issue. We have an awesome fireplace, gas, that heats up our house quickly and looks so real that most dont know its not real. Quality product. Quality service.

Charged me fees for not using enough propane. The tank lasted like two years for my single fireplace. Asked if they could fill it and let me pay in payments which they disagreed to. The first time they filled it, I made payments on the propane. Instead, I told them to come get it. Didn't get reimbursed for remaining propane, and they still want a fee to be paid. Will not be returning to G&B.

Looked at gas logs and Marty was very helpful in providing information on the different features to be looking for. Noah came and installed them today - he was very professional and did a great job on the install. Very pleased with the service!

My father had an appointment set up for 11/5/2019. They were suppose to install a new LP tank and connect to existing line. They never showed up nor did they call to explain what was going on. As a plumber in the industry I am very disappointed with this. Horrible customer service. Needless to say we will not be using them for anything in the future.
