Dr. Willeford is the most efficient provider I have ever been to. His scheduler is friendly & got me in quickly. He is professional, direct, & absolutely incredible with needles. I barely felt a thing and had close to instant relief. I am only mad I didnt go to him sooner. Thank you, Dr. Willeford!

I have never been more disappointed in a doctor or his office before. I was treated terrible and told that I should go elsewhere when I asked for help. The office manager was insulting and it wasnt until I called that I found out they never submitted my insurance paperwork for approval and that they werent going to because they assumed it would be denied. Both the doctor and the office manager had terrible attitudes and showed that they did not have any compassion for their patients. If the doctor knew originally the insurance would not be approved, why couldnt he have offered other alternatives during our consultation? Now I have to find another specialist who cares to help his patient. What a horrible experience!

Had herniated a disc ( L-5) horrific pain. Saw Dr.Willeford gave me 2 shots 1 week apart and BANG all pain completely gone I hope he doesnt retire he is the man
