Ward Realty is the worst property management company we have ever worked with. They mistreat their employees as well as their customers. What we expected versus what we experienced in working with them is unprecedented. For years we paid them to manage our property, and what we found was horrible. We paid for services that we didn't receive and when we mentioned it, we were treated as if we were the problem. Therese Moorefield, the new property manager is very unprofessional, unpleasant and downright ignorant. The housekeeping team is severely overworked and under paid. The houses are not kept clean by any stretch of the imagination. We cannot advise anyone to rent from them because they are money hungry and not at all customer focused.
