First interaction with them since BE Holbrook referred me for a septic pumping. They're the closest to me so I figured it would be easier than it has been. After going back and forth through text about whether my septic tank is in a crawlspace or not, whoever was supposed to come out cancels 20 minutes before he's supposed to be here. I haven't been able to use our bathroom for a week and Im having to stay elsewhere because of it. So now I get to wait and hope that someone can get out here quick from charlotte without charging an arm and a leg. Will not be contacting them again

The Wilsons (George and George Jr.) pumped out our septic tank yesterday, May 10, 2023. They arrived at the time they had previously indicated they would be here, and immediately began working. Our septic tank is in an area that is overgrown with briars and various types of scrub brush. Although I didn't have a real grasp of exactly where the tank was located, the Wilsons worked diligently to find it. They came here equipped with the various tools and implements needed to find the tank and open it. All-in-all, we are extremely pleased with the work they did, and I can't say enough great things about this father/son team.
