Joeveo

I supported Joeveo with the original kickstarter campaign and have thoroughly enjoyed my mug since receiving it, but beyond how good their product is, the company and owner Dean deserve to be supported by coffee and tea drinkers everywhere. I dropped my mug a few times and it caused a slight indention/warping of the rim. This caused the lid to not seal fully every time and occasionally dripping coffee all over my shirt when I took a drink. The mug still worked great and 9 out of 10 times, it wouldn't leak. I emailed Joeveo and got a response the next day (Next day?!?) Dean said I could send him back the mug and he would fix it. When I asked him how I could pay for the repairs or shipping, he said there was no need. I sent my mug back and it was returned to me within two weeks. (Shipping from CA to NC and back is more than a week) The mug works well, no leaks after using it for a couple of weeks. A few weeks after getting the mug back Dean even followed up to ensure the mug was working. That type of customer support is rare and deserves to be supported. I bought a 2nd mug just to have a spare/backup. If you are thinking about buying a Joeveo mug, just do it. You will not be disappointed, in the product or the company you are supporting.

One of the best coffee mugs Ive ever used. My coffee is ready to drink within minutes of pouring and remains hot for hours. Beautifully made and a joy to use.

Wife swears by this mug. She's beat it up for a few years now and it still maintains temp all morning.
