Services are wonderful! Office mangers are wonderful! Anthony has been very wonderful to us and made sure we were good after our first weekend here!

We have been really happy with our choice to live here! We have a 3br and the space is great for a family. The management is always responsive and helpful with anything we need. Anthony and Mary are so friendly and understanding and Noah (maintenance) gets everything done we've needed while being so kind and respectful of our home - not to mention my kids think he's awesome and he works with them as an audience most of the time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area. The pool is always kept clean, the grounds are well maintained and it's overall a great safe place for families!

Ive lived here for 2 years and heres an honest review. The property in general is nice, the dog park is a nice perk since they expanded it though i regularly see people waking their pets off leash and dogs roaming free. Staff are friendly but also dismissive. The apartments/condos are what you expect for something thats has had cheap fix after cheap fix since the 70s, the walls are definitely thin so pray that you have quiet neighbors. Maintenance is super responsive and very fast with the few repairs i have requested. Parking is a hot mess, forest hills claims to be a towing enforced community its a flat out lie i frequently have to park in front of the leasing office or in the back parking lot which is a quarter mile from my apartment. I have tried to talk with the office about it many times just to be dismissed. Paying over $1400 a month and i cant even park in front of my apartment. The pool is small and frequently closed. The gym is even smaller with 4 maybe 4 machines total.
