    Still waiting for a response from rangewater or their property manager. I guess communication is not in their skill tree. I want to add to this review in saying how nickel and diming this company is. For the amount you pay in rent maintenance should not cost extra. How the residents of myrtle landing are treated is appalling, they are not responsible for rangewaters lack of financial planning. This company definitely embodies the definition of SLUM LANDORD.

    Management is literally a joke. Im friendly with a lot of my neighbors and we all shared our poor experiences including how they manipulate rent prices and even asking people to stay. I know 6 families leaving within the next two-three months. Management gives you a lease renewal 30 days before your lease is up and then tells you that you must give them 60 day notice if youre not resigning. Theyre pulling stuff. Neighbors talk to one another. We all understand how manipulative management here has become. Our current lease states we only need to give 60 day notice if we terminate in the middle of our lease not during renewal. Lease states we can pay with check for rent. However management office telling us we cant do that anymore and can only pay online where we get an additional fee charged to us for the transfer. People who know their leases fight back and get met with attitude. Its becoming a smart community. So everything is done through Apps you need to download. If you wish to pay rent or place a maintenance request. However you also need your phone now to enter the clubhouse, the gym, the pool. Not everyone likes to carry their phone around with them all the time. The community basically makes you always be connected to your phone to access any amenity. Just not something I like since I try to disconnect when Im going for a walk or sitting out by the pool. If anyone can enforce rules in this community that would be amazing. The amount of dog poop every day in the dog run is disgusting. And now people are bringing dogs into the basketball and tennis courts to run around so we have dog piss on the playing court. The amount of reactive dogs in this neighborhood literally keeps me up at night. I have never stepped out onto my back porch without my neighbors dog barking at me. Another neighbor just leaves their dog outside barking all hours of the night. 4am everyone was awake from the dog being left outside! People suck. Happy I bought a house. Dont move here.

    We have enjoyed living here and have found the front office and the maintenance men very helpful and friendly. The amenities are lovely and we have the best neighbors ever! Thank you!

    Updating this review as of 2/8 to remove a star. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is rude and do not provide any notice or work orders- they let people just show up to enter your home. Horrible experience here. Unfortunately, this community has plummeted downhill since new management took over a few months ago. They are OBSESSED with water meters, even though we made ourselves available several times in the fall for this. Not sure what is going on and why, but will not be renewing and would encourage others to explore other communities.
