Five Star! I would highly recommend Guaranteed Supply. They had a product I wanted at a good price. I phoned in my order to the Wilmington store late Thursday afternoon and John advised it would likely ship that same day. Likely does not mean definitely, so I planned around the shipment going out Friday. John called Friday morning to advise it had not shipped Thursday, but would go out that day, Friday. I was pleasantly surprised that he called. Friday afternoon John again phoned to advise their system went down earlier and they just received word it would not be back up that day. Ive been there, and I understood their day had become a nightmare. I thanked John for the call and adjusted my plans. There was actually another delay, completely out of their control. However, phoning my order to John was the only call I placed. John called me each day with an update. And we arranged for me to pick up the shipment at an alternate site, local to me. Things simply do not always go as planned. Its disappointing but inevitable. I have dealt with the entire spectrum of customer service, from awful to excellent. This attention to detail, to concern over the customers order, and follow through with the customer is exceptional!! John is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. He and Guaranteed Supply have earned a very loyal customer. Thanks to Richard as well.
