Brittney was super kind when speaking with me and going through the process. All though my flowers were beautiful they were not what I wanted. They were missing colors of hydrangeas I asked for the yellow green, pink, and blue. I got blue. I asked for a cascading bouquet, it barely did this and wehed about 20 lbs. The day of they did not bring my bouquets into the bridal room to see if I was okay with it. Did not ask me or any of my party If I'd like to see any of their work to make sure I was happy. As I was told they seemed as if they were in a hurry and just wanted to be done with it. It has been over a month since my wedding an no one has reached out. I was definitely not satisfied after the price we paid. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they were beautiful and my guests loved them. In response to your comment. I did not want my bouquets to be all hydrangeas I wanted all of those hydrangeas colors through out the entire wedding. I only received blue. My husband remembers saying hello, but the point is my coordinator for the day of nor my husband did all of the planning. The fact of the matter is I did and you did not ask for my opinion and I was not satisfied. Then you did not reach out and the only reason you are now is because I did not leave a great review.

We used Verzaals for our rehearsal dinner and wedding flowers for our wedding in Southport in May 2023. Brittney did a phenomenal job making my vision come to life with all of the arrangements and head table! I couldnt have been happier with the way the florals turned out. Brittney was extremely helpful and was very responsive. I had a hard time deciding on certain things and Brittney was always willing to talk on the phone and help me make decisions. The pricing was also very fair which is difficult to find with wedding florals. I highly recommend Verzaals to any bride!

They did the arrangements for my wedding along with candles and decor and let me tell you it looked fantastic! I would not have changed a thing! She not only helped me put all my thoughts together but brought everything to life with the beauty of the arrangements, and the price was so beyond reasonable! Highly recommend!!

I went to Verzaals Florist with my father after my mother passed for flowers for her celebration of life. Not only did they understand exactly what we wanted, they delivered more than we ever expected. We will not use any other florist in Wilmington. I have already recommended by word of mouth and will continue to sing their praises. 5 stars all the way!
