Staff was rude, one of the front desk staff lied about my husband and I saying that people were complaining about us even though we didn't get there until about 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. And all we did was go upstairs and go to bed so there is absolutely no way anybody complained about us. And got both of us kicked out after we just paid $400 to stay there for 2 nights. And I still have not been refunded. Noteworthy details: Don't stay here. If you do you might get robbed and kicked out for no reason. Just because one of the incompetent front desk employees was having a bad day.

Not enough towels and washcloths. The cleaning people never came the whole time we were there. I asked for towels and washcloths, and she never came to give them to me. They restocked nothing.

The rooms were functional with kitchen amenities. The bathrooms were clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and featured handicap accessibility. We partook of the breakfast, and while there were a good variety of options the eggs didn't sit well with me. For some reason the carpet in one of our rooms was shampooed while we were away leaving the carpet damp and a noticable odor of shampoo and mildew. We were on the first floor a few doors from the pool so there's that (may or may not be related).

My recent stay at this Hotel was not up to the standard we have enjoyed and come to expect across the Marriott brand. We booked using a free night stay as part of our rewards. Our room was dated and had a slight urine odor, and combined with being right next to the elevator, led to a sleepless night. Hopefully, the renovations mentioned in another comment will provide a better experience. Rooms: Dated, tired and worn.
