Felicia Malpas assisted me with setting up account bcus I gave been ID thefted and they stole my year in advance payment pretending to be me from the last insurance co. It wasn't the money, it was I had no insurance. Even DMV did not know. Scary esp with drivers down here. Felicia listened, followed thru with an ID only to request refunds. Doing month to month for now. Setting up auto pay soon to enjoy discounts. My serious matter ($30k loss so far) she took very seriously. Office staff when I first went in was awesome as well. I just moved to NC and was trying to get new auto insurance. I spoke with three representatives and they were amazing ! Not only did they help me get the best deal but Samantha was so personable!
